ChatGPT Ads Have Landed in the UK. Are Brands Ready?
ChatGPT Ads has just launched for all users as of 19th June 2026. For the last 20 years, digital advertising has largely revolved around Google and Meta. But with ChatGPT Ads now launching in the UK, marketers have a genuinely new channel to test, and one that’s already showing some very interesting results.
Consumer behaviour is changing fast. More people are using AI platforms like ChatGPT to research products, compare solutions, discover brands and make purchasing decisions. That means brands now have the opportunity to appear within conversations at the exact moment intent is being expressed. The big question isn’t whether AI-powered advertising will become a significant channel. It’s how quickly brands can learn what works before the market becomes crowded.
